Yes, pets weighing less than 40 pounds are welcome at Frenchtown Villa.
However, there is a $20 monthly convenience charge for each pet.

How much are late fees?
Rent not received by the 10th of the month is assessed a $40 late fee. However,
to make your life a little less hectic, we can help you set up automatic
withdrawal of your rental payments from your bank account. Automatic rental
payment withdrawals not only save you the trouble of writing a check each month,
but they also will help you avoid unnecessary late fees.

Do residents pay their own utilities?
Yes, just as with any other home owner, all your utilities are billed by the
provider directly to you. Utilities in the community are provided by DTE Energy
and Michigan Gas Utilities. Water and waste removal services are provided by the
community and billed directly to you.

Is the clubhouse free?
Of course! In addition to free access to the club house, you
also enjoy access to two basketball courts, a large field for baseball,
football, or soccer, and a well-maintained swimming pool.

Do homes include garages or parking for residents?
Each home is
appointed with a well-maintained paved driveway that can easily
accommodate a carport. Some sites can also accommodate the
construction of a garage at the resident's expense.

Do guests need to be registered with the

A "guest" is an individual residing with an approved resident for under
thirty days. After thirty days, an individual residing with an
approved resident must be approved by management.
